Project management
A substantial residential project involves many interdependent decisions. Design, cost, programme and construction need to be discussed together so that the client has a clear basis for moving forward.

A considered approach to your home.
We can provide project leadership and, where appointed, project management services tailored to the scheme. The scope may include coordinating consultants, planning design reviews, managing information and decisions, and guiding procurement and construction-stage communication.
We establish responsibilities early. Quantity surveying, contract administration, project management and statutory dutyholder roles are distinct services; the appointment identifies which are included and who carries each responsibility. We work with independent specialists where that provides the right expertise for the project.
During design, regular reviews help align the brief with the emerging proposals and cost advice. During construction, the agreed reporting and meeting structure makes progress, changes and outstanding decisions visible.
Gilston Road provides an example where Exedra acted as project manager, with Marshall Kenny as quantity surveyor. At Rutland Gardens, BTP Group undertook quantity surveying and project management, demonstrating our ability to work within different delivery structures.
